  2. Services and Pricing We offer different pricing structures for residential and commercial clients, as well as general power washing services.

    Residential:

    • One-Time Payment for Bin Cleaning: $29.99 for one can; $29.99 for each additional can.
    • Subscription Plan for Bin Cleaning: $180 for cleaning two cans 2x per month for 3 months; additional cans are $19.99 each.

    Commercial Bin Cleaning:

    • Pricing varies based on the size of the bin (e.g., 2-yard bin, 3-yard bin, etc.). Please contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.

    General Power Washing:

    • We offer power washing services for various surfaces and areas. Please contact us for details and pricing.

  3. Eligibility Our services are available to residential and commercial customers within our designated service areas. Individuals must be of legal age and have the authority to enter into contractual agreements. Services must be utilized for legal and authorized purposes, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

  4. Scheduling and Cancellation Appointments must be made in advance through our designated scheduling methods. We require a notice of at least [number of hours/days] for cancellations. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to a percentage of the service cost. Rescheduling may be subject to availability.

2. One-Time Services

  • Full Refund: Customers may be eligible for a full refund if the service is canceled within 7 days before the scheduled appointment.
  • Partial Refund: If canceled after the above time frame but before the service is performed, a partial refund of 20% may be granted.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be given after the service has been completed unless the service did not meet the agreed-upon standards.

3. Subscription Services

  • Full Refund: A full refund for unused months may be granted if the subscription is canceled within 30 of purchase.
  • Prorated Refund: If canceled after the above time frame, a prorated refund may be given for unused services, minus a cancellation fee of [amount or percentage].
